So profile says will not reply unless face pic with first message. But also says will never send own face pics wtf

Personally I say something similar on my profile. I get too many messages to reply to all of them, so I say send a face pic or I won’t reply. I also say I will never send a face pic first - that’s because I’m not willing to risk sending a pic to someone I know IRL. If I get a face pic, it’s not someone I know, and I like the look of them then I’ll send one back. Maybe that’s what the person you’re talking about means.

When I used to meet I had a similar approach

If a guy sent a face pic and I wanted to meet him I would return one

Otherwise I'd block and not send one back

If it’s an unverified profile then I won’t send one first, if it’s a verified one though I have no problem with sending one and usually do unless i forget to attach. In the past I’ve started a conversation, asked for a pic (unverified profile) and once I’ve explained that I don’t send first I’ve had a shitty replies back.

Always send a face pic on every message.

It's up to the lady or couple to reply and send a face pic.

C'est la vie if they don't
