Not sure how or why but my dreams lately are all over the place, and they do from one extreme to another,Im waking more tired than what I was before i went to bed and I seem to be remembering more of the dreams, which I don't usually do...even the smallest detail of what my surrounds smell like, the weather outside and what the walls have on them....its driving me crazy....anyone else have this...or am I just being my normal weird self again.??

I have stages of this, at times. It's far mpre sporadic as I've become busier and changed my diet a little, but when it happens it can be very draining.

There's some stuff online about eating, drinking and avoiding certain things, as well as some ideas on 'bedtime ritual' to combat it. No big changes needed but it could help.

Also there's some great apps that can help deeper, more tranquil sleep with use of sounds or audio stories. CALM is a really good 'un.

Hope it gets better, starting the day drained is such a pain.

I can't remember the last time I had a dream that wasn't erotic.....and it's always about the same person. Sometimes others feature too but she's always there as well. Am I a pervert, obsessed, in love, or all three?

I would say all 3, if she's always there, she's obviously gotten under your skin, do tell me more about these dreams...im intrigued...how erotic are they...you could be a pervert

Some say dreams are your mind processing the events of the previous day. Are you more stressed or busier than you were before. Try to limit stimulation before bedtime, that includes screen time on phones & tablets in bed.

Try using your phone to play music while you listen with you eyes closed for 30 minutes before bedtime.

If I need to get my head round something, I will read up the night before and somehow all the pieces have fallen into place by morning.

Would love to know how that actually works.
