Cardiff Gym

Sorry for the random post.

Work in Cardiff during the week. Could do with joining a gym. Simply gym down the bay seems the best option as the parking looks ample and I can get the before work or after.

Any recommendations?

Depends what you are looking for in a gym?

Classes.? Cardio? Weights ? Pool / sauna ? Cheap? No contract ?
