Hey fabbers,

I have just inherited a house in cardiff area I have no intention of living in or selling.

I'm thinking of developing a sort of hotel/safe play area for swingers.

Looking to rent a room or whole house for nights/ weekends.

If this looks to be a succesful and sought after venture I am looking to create a bondage room or themed rooms etc.

Would this be something of interest if so how much would you be willing to pay per night and what would you be interested in having in the house

Hope to have a good response

Thanks for the feedback. On the letting market it goes then

I'm in two minds about this.

Would be great to have another venue available for swinging, parties etc.

However, realistically it would need to be run as a business, rather than an "ad hoc" thing, due to costs etc.

Maybe as a tester the OP could run a few party nights/weekends, and see how popular it is, before making a final decision?

The idea appears to have been dropped after a couple of comments stating that neighbours might object.

This kind of thing can only really be undertaken by someone that is motivated to do it and has the financial backing to be able to support it.

Private letting sounds like the right decision in this instance.

Isn’t that the same as having an AirB&B?

Youd probably need to actually be "on site" to run it and ensure cleanliness, care for the place etc as a bnb etc then market it discretely at swingers

Is that something youre prepared to do ?

I assume it will be offered as a rental property if anything on a AST basis.

As said above a nice idea but you'd need someone on site and unless it's very rural, word would get around the neighbours within a week of you starting it.

Your profile states that you can not accommodate subsequently perhaps you should use it initially to uplift your profile and therfore make a serious statement.

Alternatively if you would like to dispose of the said property just get in touch.
