They are employed to do a job and do it with good customer service. I wouldn't misread that to be honest.

Invite her up, she can only say no. My view is there is no harm in asking, they can't stop you from staying there for asking a question. I know cause I work in a hotel

Ah nick wishes she would !!!!

Such a lovely complementary lady. I know its her job. But still. Plus she upgraded my room once when I checked. And doesn't mind when I take a pen x
