A full swap goes good, all enjoyed, then wake up next day regretting it cos can't unsee or unhear certain things. Has this happened to anyone else?

We've had meets where we thought back maybe things hadn't been what we'd hoped but we never regret it , if you don't try you'll never know, don't let it worry you and move on
