Is it the younger generation??

Hi all, been off and on for years.... back in the day I used to have a lot of fun in between my regular meets via messaging.... flirting, giggles etc leading up to another meet. However these days.... it seems a lot of people, especially younger ones I see have NO interest in that side of things and will just message me out of the blue every now and again saying "you free again today" which can be ok sometimes but I like the in between stuff also ha! So is it a generation thing?....im guessing with the likes of tinder / facebook etc these days a lot of meets go like that! Im just curious as to how it is for others.... especially us oldies haha x

I just reckon there's more people (single guys) who just see this as a sex site, and are more of a wham bam variety, and it's easier than going out on the pull

Also, I think that a lot of social skills are being lost because people are just so used to interacting online nowadays, and struggle to form a coherent sentence, written or verbally

I love that flirty tease messages etc but too old flipping shame since I tried to persuade you to do something at one of the Swansea socials, do you remember ? Lol

It might be a generational thing but I suspect it's more to do with quality of behaviours.

There's probably plenty of men in their 40s who have the conversational skills of an ape though perhaps more prevalent in 20 somethings.

I really dislike hearing from men when they only want sex. Its why I hardly go on kik with any of them any more. That's a chat app and I'm asked to go on there and the chat stops. They chat constantly leading up to the meet then it just ceases straight after it. I'm not looking to be best friends lol but the occasional friendly flirty message goes along way. This for me too. The guys who just message and ask "Are you free" really piss me off. I'm not someone for them to just message when they have a spare hour and want to unload...

I have found that there is no communication at all other than wanna fuck from a majority of men who get in touch. This is why I tightened up my filters. The flirting and being in touch is definitely an exciting part of it and that is what I used to like. Swinging has changed a lot over the years and some people just see it as a meat market now which is such a shame for those who are genuinely prepared to make the effort.

I guess I was kind of the opposiye when I was meeting

I would usually put a meet up short notice, meet, fuck, then both go our seperate ways until we perhaps both happened to be online and both free again. I didn't want ongoing contact in between, it was purely about the sex for me. I would rarely give out my number so I could limit any contact to here as and when I wanted and that suited me

People are all different, some want one thing, others want another. My advice would to be clear up front and set out your expectations clearly. Oh and remember this place is a magnet for arseholes that hide behind the anonymity of a username.

Personally why would you go all wham bang thank you man when you can build tension and excitment. Much better in the long run.

I had lunch yesterday with someone I've played with before and hope to again. But yesterday innuendo, flirty fun and all was lunch. Set up by text some suggestive ideas and some fun. Not a play meet and it's fine to be more than just FBs.

It was the message that said "I can imagine my head buried between your legs" which kind of put me off to start. I didnt reply to a message....and then you messaged again. Apologies if offended but its just easier when I get so many messages to block people.

I think it depends on the guy. I had a younger fwb many moons ago who I chatted to daily. There are different breeds on here, though I am inclined to agree that it is more likely prolific in the younger generation
