Ok guys I know your horny and wanna get your leg over but don’t bombarded every woman that has a pulse then hurl abuse because don’t get a reply or if get rejected,, spoils things on here for everyone!!!! Noticed massive change over the years on here and this is primarily down to you lot who feel the need to just act like kids having a tantrum because can’t get your own way!!! So I know it’s difficult to think with all the blood rushes to your little friend but pon behalf of pretty much everyone who your actions affect on here please grow up and have a little control

Ive had some really nasty messages. I know i shouldn't cate but my bloody heart rate goes right up. I only say no thankyou. I block now as it really does upset me to recieve abuse x

Baffles me how they think they gonna get anywhere by slagging someone off when don’t get a reply,, or because they get they ego bruised,, man up and move on,, if can’t be adult about things then shouldn’t be on here in first place,,

I don’t agree in some ways, but it’s just my opinion.

I joined eight years ago and women were getting heaps of rubbish messages back then - it’s not just anecdotal, I remember a couple of friends I made back then showing me their inboxes.

There are more single guys I guess - but I think we sometimes see things through rose-tinted spectacles. There was certainly loads of moaning (understadably) about guys back then.

I’ve always felt you can flip things completely on its head when it comes to idiots spoiling it for everyone. To me, it just makes the good guys (not talking about me, but we all know them) stand out much more. It can be seen as a positive.

That’s just my take though - not saying it’s definitive.

Yeah I get that,, idiots makes non idiots stand out more but at same time also makes women on here bulk delete messages due to overwhelming bombardment from said idiots and in return missing out from possibly striking up a rapor with the non idiots,, there’s no balance on here anymore like there once was,, But I do believe that majority of single males on here spoil it for minority who can carry themselves with bit of manners and respect

I think admin or developers should change messaging structure on here so that can send an initial first message but can’t send a second until the receiver replies,, that will then solve the issue many women are getting from the ‘ I sent you a message why haven’t you replied ‘ mob and in return will ease up women’s couples etc inboxes

We pretty much do the looking ourselves when we're active.

If people get tons of abuse of single males simply block them and do the looking yourselves.

Plenty of tools on this site, people just need to use them.

I'm guessing it would involve more admin and costs. I do understand that some things could be tweaked and help a lot with this. But i also believe it's up to us, as users to be proactive with our own profiles. That's what filters and the block button is for. I have had a few abusive messages, in my time on here, over the past 6 years. It's never nice. But i try to use it as another filtering tool. Or should that be filtering of a tool? . I have a manageable amount of messages, because my filters are so strict and the great messages do stand out so much against the mundane. This site is how you make it. As long as you you are proactive, it can really work in your favour

I use the tools but sadly some have a 2nd fake profile on here thats hidden so u cant message them back once abuse has been sent. I said no thankyou and blocked then got a message from his 2nd fake profile giving me nasty abuse for blocking him. I reported him and next min hes gone from fab. They can still get through even with tools in place.

They always will. You can't safeguard completely against it, unless you block everyone from messaging and search yourself.

For me, on my single profile when it was displayed, and my couples one, I couldn't care less

That somebody had to take time out of their day to abuse you because you rejected them..says a lot more about their dented ego than you as a person

Block, move on and be thankful. You really had a lucky escape. Better to know from the off than after a meet. A shit plated in gold is still a shit

Never see the point of abusing anyone oldenoughand wise enough to know that your not everyone’s cup of tea but a polite no would be ok if your msg has been read but I understand why if that’s all the women get is abuse x

My car broke down on the way to a Party, police came and took me to the party and my friend messaged asking if the policeman wanted to come in for a ham baguette. Sent me a pic that i showed the policeman, . He came into the party, had buffet food and left. I found out after a ham baguette is another word for pussy. The picture i showed the police looked like a pussy and I didn't notice at the time lol
