"I do well if I have to focus on something complex. There are free online courses for things like coding or designing websites. It really helps distract the brain. Also....knitting lol. It’s recognised as easing anxiety. I’m told that yoga and meditation are really helpful. But I find I’m too tense to do them. " Yh haha I think I'd be to tense to do meditation myself :P | |||
