You can stay overnight on Party nights in your own Car, Van, Camper, Tent etc. if ancillary to attending the party,
There is no extra charge for this, on Party nights only & only if ancillary to attending the party.
You do not have to stay over if attending just the parties,
The Venue is for Couples, Single ladies, and Single guys, LGBTQ, CD’s & T girls etc. by invitation only.
These are No pressure Parties; do only what you want to do, just enjoy yourself.

There is air conditioning installed,
Parties are held on Wednesday’s & Saturday’s.
Parties which are held on Wednesday’s, commencing at 2pm through to 11pm, (Str8 & Bi)
Wednesdays (M/F Couples £20 / Single males £25/ Single ladies Free),
Parties which are held on Saturday nights, commencing at 8pm through to 3am, (Str8 & Bi)
Saturdays (M/F Couples £25 / Single males £30/ Single ladies Free),
A light finger buffet (Saturday’s), Tea, Coffee, Orange or lemon Squash & Chilled Water is provided (Free),
Facilities:
A Bar area, (Bring your own Alcohol & Mixers please), (we do not sell or stock drinks).
A Large lounge area with comfortable Seating,
A Triple unisex shower area / and a Jacuzzi room, (Towels supplied)
Toilets, wash hand basins & Free Lockers for your items,
Play areas: Huge Roman Orgy Bed room / Screened Exhibitionists Bed Area,
A Dark Room, with 2 Massage couch’s & Bed area
A Sex swing room with a bed area,
Fetish room with: St Andrews X, a spanking bench, & A Glory hole,
Also a Separate Smoking Area (Available for smokers use),

You must apply to attend via email. And received a confirmation before attending,
