I don’t and never have but does anyone use these and Is it a bad idea for someone that is constantly horny (boardaline issue) to take them ?

If you don't need them don't use them there's lots of side effects from them one is a 4 hr hard on that hurts like hell a rash a headache also dry mouth heartburn worse one dizzy spells and blue vision if this helps out

my question is that if you take them as a young fit man what happens when you are near 50 and they stop working?

Yes of you are diabetic because of restrictions in blood flow to any part of the body so hands but the feet and dick gets it worse
