Abusive People/Mails

Can anyone explain how admin can intercept a mail with another webiste name in it, yet they can't intercept abusive mails?

We've just recieved an abusive verification from a couple who are based in CARDIFF. We've never spoken to either of m or k yet they sent an abusive verification and email.

Why isn't admin filtering properly???

Never had a crossed word or anything with them. In fact our previous mails we all complimentary both ways and talked about meeting. Obviously someone's gotten into their heads.

Not grown up enough to make their own minds up lol. Pity as they seemed very nice x

Have you reported it to admin? You can do without hassle like that!!

Yes, it's called scripts (Part of a software code).

The bit your talking about will have a list of websites that admin don't want you to tell other people about through Fab. When you send it, if scans the words and if they match 'pop' gone. Works similar to people putting phone numbers/emails on profiles, it's trounced to *****

Of course whether you agree or disagree is not relevant, admins site, admins rules.

Abusive words depends on the context.

Apologies if anyone find this abusive or dis-tasteful, but its to prove a point.. so hang in there..

"your a fucking cunt" - is different to "i loved fucking your juicy sweet smelling cunt".

are admin to block words like "fucking" and "cunt"?

ok so cunt isn't a nice word to some, but to others its just a word for the vagina.

Either way, least you know they aren't for you.. move on.. their loss - plenty more out there.

Hmmm I am guessing that would be a whole combination of words to block, which could cause problems if the words used are in an innocent way.

All you need to do with an abusive mail is click on REPORT. If it is verified that abuse was sent it is always dealt with by Admin.
