Difficult to say really, there are ways to find out but one needs a response from them to verify it. Green flags but more importantly the green tick is more likely to be real...

I could be wrong but I don't think that's correct , I've seen numerous profiles with not a single word entered

Again not 100% sure but those profiles usually have a single full stop.
