Cup of tea with lots of sugar and a bath. The heat will either make or break you.

Follow it up with a bacon sandwich if you can face eating and lots of those non fizzy lucozades.

If you’ve got a bit of a head for planning drink a load of water and pop some activated charcoal pills before bed the night before. Works a charm.

This is currently written with both of us sat in the bath

Don't like hangovers ? Simple don't drink so feckin' much.It's called self control.Not something practised by so many on fab.

Best thing I do is when drinking I switch to non alcohol drinks at the end and drink as much of that as u can before u sleep most hangovers are because u are dehydrated. If u don’t drink enough water before bed I do find a berocca helps a bit.

But if ur like me and u only get an upset belly then just find a drink that doesn’t do that.

I (Mart) don't get them, so I've no idea what the best cure is, although one friend did swear by co-codamol and oxygen.... he was a nurse!

1.5 pints if water before bed, 2x Berocca in the morning and a banana to boost your pottasium. If that fails have a beer.... what makes you ill males you better n all that

The fem swears by them (dioralyte), having a sachet in water just before bed definitely works... male the full English is the kill or cure.

Simply it's got to be the Hair of Dog, hangovers are usually caused by dehydration and a replication of Alcohol is probably the quickest cure.

Can of and a mars bar used to work for me.

Now it's a banana milkshake if it's not a bad one. If it's a bad one paracetamol, couple of pints of squash and sleep. If that fails hair of the dog, kill or cure
