I’m just wondering how to get started, like how do I make my profile stand out more??

If you think a 50 word generic bio, and no public pics, is what it takes, then no amount of polishing will help.

Your age is going to be a big problem, many swingers have kids your age.

Get to the socials, pick up a couple of veries, and hunt through the profiles of successful single males, see what works.

Do a forum search there are lots of similar threads with all the advice you need, but the previous post says it all really. Think of your profile as your shop window, are you really selling yourself? What makes you stand out above the many others?
