Anyone going gym or doing regular excersise know of any working products to help with tiredness and lack of energy would be a big help need more energy during workouts to

Semtex.

Any of the pre workouts really.

Anything with Guarana, L-carnitine, Caffeine etc.

Also a good multi vitamin along with BCAA’s, magnesium for sleep etc.

Get your bloods done, when I was trainaing I was taking a load of supplements & had a great diet but for some reason my iron was always low. Also vit b12 could do the trick

Do you have your diet set up right? Or are you just going with the training and not the diet for now?

Sometimes just changing what you eat will help, all about trial and error really.

Good diet is number 1 for me. And all of the above that kgirl said. Diet is vital too though.
