I doubt if you have much to be worried about as everyone there goes for the same reasons wether social or play and should be under no pressure at all to do something that you are not comfortable with

Same as everyone else ... get kit off, put towel around waist, go to bar and have a drink and a chat! There isn't any secret initiation ceremony!!

For a first time, a newbie will have to register, and take out membership.

Hand over your booze, which will have a sticker with your locker key number on it.

Then it's off to the changing rooms, and slip into a towel, or shorts of you dont fancy going Roman lol.

Head to the bar, and socialise.

If you let the staff know you are a newbie, they usually give you a quick tour so you have a rough idea where everything is too.

You bring your own alcohol, and they sell softdrinks, coffee etc, which is added to your bill for the evening via your locker number. Pay when you leave.

If you're at all nervous about what to expect, ring the club and have a chat, and they'll talk you through their rules etc.

Chams Newport is what's known as a "wet" club, where you dress down, towel/ underwear etc.

You may be more comfortable going to a club where you can wear your own clothes in the bar area, and relax / chat and so on, before venturing further afield in the club.

Any club worth their salt will give a newbie a guided tour as well

Like others have said plus chat, chat n more chat. If you're friendly & non pushy you'll make positive links for the future & might even strike lucky in the night. Never go with the expectation to have sex X

Its just like going to a pub u never been in, go to bar get a drink and look to your left or right and say, hello its my first time here, how does it work here and is there any one that would show me around , i'd be if that person or persons didnt show u them selves, but u still have to get changed wrap a towel round u and get to the bar, signing in is easy my freind, so get your arse down there and just go for it, and enjoy what this life has to offer, as life is to f--king short

Friday night is the only night where the venue is "Chameleons2" the swingers club, the rest of the week its a gay sauna club called the Greenhouse.

However, on Saturday night, whilst its still called the Greenhouse, the management have opened it up to swingers too.
