Going from previous forum posts, people arrange this and hardly anyone shows up, despite saying they will show up. It's a minefield. Clubs are likely the best way to go. Either that, or she finds an organiser who actually does all the leg work and has a trusted group they can call on to help her with her fantasy

I arranged a meet for a pal under the same circumstances... had 30 odd replies... 7 showed up (to be fair I'd never expected them all to show .... nor would she or I wanted them to!!! She'd still be recovering)

Fair play that's a decent turnout despite the 30 offers.
