Calories control weight.

An easy way to drop calories is to start swapping carbs for protein as protein has less calories than carbs.

Keto is a great way of dropping/cutting, just Google ketosis.

Obviously the more you increase your heart rate the more calories you burn, can do this with weights, cardio or both.

As soon who's recently started with a personal trainer and taking gym seriously for probably the first time ever.

I'd say best thing is a combination of lifting weights, some high intensity and ditching the carbs and sugar. Working so far for me.

Do your cardio as soon as you wake up 30 mins , best way to shred body fat, empty stitch means your body uses the fat blond the food/fuel.

Then a regular weights routine 5 days a week , split your rest days so one rest day in the week then one in the weekend, every 3 weeks change the days and the routine, so if chest been on a Monday change to a Wednesday, abs every workout 10 mins of varied abs be enough. 48 hours rest before u train same muscle group again

Creatin,,bcaa before and after training plus whey after training, eggs every morning 6-10 not all of the yolks tho, plus 50 grams of oats, high protien diet 1 gram fir every pound you weigh no carbs after tea time

Happy fabbing and training

Carbs are not the enemy.

Try cutting out the meat and get your protein from natural sources

Every ones body is different and they react different to all food and supplements u need to find whats good for you it dont and will not happen over night.everyones training is different coz it works for them dont mean it will work for you hence the fact they train different or we'd all train the same...as for weighing food its calculated by body weight so again its how much u weigh not how much joes blogs is eating so u eat the same....it's wrong...weigh it and weigh u

Carb cycling is a good tool. Basically eat more carbs on the days you train and less on days you don't.

Always helps to have a good idea on your requirements. Loads of websites around yo find that out

"Just my theory"

Well said...

Also take into consideration that you need to balance the cardio with the correct eating to ensuring you lean up and don't strip muscle when doing cardio. Eat enough to feed and repair the muscles. If you don't you'll loose muscle mass to feed them.

This simply isn’t true!

Carbs and protein have exactly the same number of calories

You learn something new every day. As you can tell, I'm not one for watching what I eat
