O well its that time of year again dark wet nights cold flus bugs ect been feeling a bit down lately and just to talk to couples or single females would be nice to make new friends as not many people talk here how is the winter effecting you lot hope this just ain't me ?

Yip the same here weather and light levels do a lot to effect your mood. Try a daylight lamp if you feel a depression coming on. But theres a illnes called SAD Seasonal somat Dissorder that effects loads of people.

Im told that multi vitamins can help too

Its a bit crap but try and solider on

Its why i stopped watching move down under. The sun was depressing me lol

The dark mornings really make me down. I like it getting dark early though, its cosy x

I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) As soon as the days get shorter my body goes into hibernation mode. I need to move somewhere sunny...but I would miss the British seasons

I've decamped to my flat I slot every thing in start of the week and do not really venture out slob around the flat alone I get irritated by humans when winter sets. This year I got another phone just for app games so I can turn off the phone I regularly use and voicemail is good and texting me ??

I find swinging goes quieter in winter for this exact reason, everybody just wants to snuggle up and be cosy and cute.

Personally never understood this...I'm a sun worshiping surfer kinda guy and just think if something like this you know drags you down get away to the sun or if it's that bad move to it!!..we all know dark wet winters are coming as they do every year so if it's a condition plan ahead..
