Back Massage

I've had trouble with my back and shoulder since a car accident years ago and it has a habit of tightening up now and again through work. Is there anyone on here who does massages? The guy I usually go to isnt available for a while. I'm happy to travel.

Bridgend hospital have a drop in physio ... I'm sure it's 9am each morning...

Or try a sports message physio see if that helps....

I didn't think about there, that's where I went after the accident funny enough. I've been looking at a chiropractor but it can get expensive pretty quick.

Haha... but in all seriousness. The hospital one is good. They evaluate.... give some physio style stretches and strengthening exercises and make follow up appointment.... if you want recommendations for good sports massage inbox me and I'll give you details... a good sports massage will tell you if they can help of if more in-depth treatment required... before splashing out on the chiro.

Swansea

I used celtic Oesteopathy in port talbot after my accident and still have a monthly appt. Much better than nhs physio and not too expensive.

Thanks I'll give the hospital one a go first and see what they say, if I feel I need something different I'll message you. I'll look into the one in port Talbot too, thank you.
