Hey all anyone fancy coming along to a circuit session I'm a qualified level 3 pt and run bootcamps around Swansea there will be no charge I have lots of equipment and it would be a good way to say hello to you lovely lot if I get enough interest I'll put a few on and I run them at the fenrod lake

Would this entail being shouted at and verbally abused as a motivation method? I've always wanted to try a boot camp but this scares me.

P.s. does it also involve being there at 5 a.m. in the morning or something like tat. Maybe I should put these in a message would be better?

Im interested depending on the time and day. Been along time since I did any boot camp. Them PTIs were evil lol

Sorry guys only now come back on here I've been busy with work , if I was going to do 1 it would be a combination of body weight and equipment based , I would do it on either a Saturday or Sunday morning at the fenrod lake Swansea I will check my shifts and post a day back up in the next few days and if you are interested I'll put it on ??
