Very little seems to be posted on here about looking good, and eating well.

Living opposite a beach is a great place to workout for free. If you fancy joining me here in Swansea get in touch.

I might even throw in the odd massage!!

The Wales forum is used to discuss all sorts of topics, not just swinging related

Well it is related in that fitness and healthy eating does help when it comes to sexual performance. You also look better and I would suggest you probably lead a better life.

I am putting all of the above to the test. I will report back on the outcome!!

Good on you, I for one lead a very unhealthy life style, Swansea a bit too far for a daily work out for myself on the beach, good luck with this post

There's plenty of threads around and about fitness on the forums, running, gym and socialising

A lot of this "life style" is about sharing common interests and hobbies

nearby

Nice long walks along the front to mumbles and back can be great exercise. Walks in the sand are also good. I only wish i lived closer.
