Some things available in a pharmacy to alieviate symptoms but you just have to wait for the cold itself to go I'm afraid

usually i just have a multi vitiam and im brand new this fucker doesnt want to leave me alone lol

I use First Defence and 9 times out of 10 it does stop it from taking a firm hold but you have to get in early with it. If you are putrid already ya got no chance.

Lemon juice

Cinnamon

Cloves - mix in hot water and drink one a day. You can add rum or whisky if not working although it does make work more interesting

and fresh air to clear the crap. And cwtches. Cwtches help with most things. X
