LC2 is by far a better gym than X4L. They have better facilities and and very resonably priced. You don't tend to see as many 'Chavs' at the LC2 as you would X4L

I hear Bodystreet in the Centre is awesome. It’s Electric Muscle Stimulation as used by all major Sports people and celebs. It’s supposed to give the same results as 3 hours with a personal trainer in just 20 minutes. And you only go once per week!!!! Angel Rangel went there.

(Wow I sound just like an advert don’t i?)

There is a huge regular gym directly opposite if you’d prefer conventional methods
