Totally agree she really is staggeringly beautiful, I think it’s her jawline - sort of unconventionally pretty, looks like she has a naughty streak too!

Pretty sure it's Natalie Dormer and she plays Margery Tyrell who went through half of the Baratheon clan by first being we'd to Roberts brother Renly then Joffrey and then Tommen.

She was married to him though . Think she only consummated with Tommen as Joffrey died at their wedding.
