Hi all, relative newbie to the swinging scene here in the Carmarthenshire area. I experimented a little with my previous partner but want to get more involved now I’m single.

What’s the scene like around here and does anyone have any advice on easing myself into it? I’m really nervous about attending a social/party/club on my own, so I’m hoping to find a friend who’ll come with me. I’m also aware I need some verifications - I assume this would be best done via webcam chat or attending a social?
