I had this once after having sex 4 time in a day. It come on during the middle of sex, the pain was horrific! I read up on it and this can accrue if u have to much sex.

Yes once, mid peak it felt like my head was going to explode and not in the usual nice way. I could do nothing but cling my skull and try squeezing as hard as possible, scared the living shyte out of my then girlfriend who was then scared to do anything with me for ages after as it went on for a good 3 or 4 minutes.

I was on the verge of calling for an ambulance it was that bad.

Thankfully just the one occasion, but I am always aware of the risk now.

The mr gets it quite regularly but would rather keep having sex and suffer the headache afterwards than not cum at all. He had a very severe one today though which has scared me more than him!

Post Colloital something and something. As mellins correctly pointed out, get your blood pressure checked.

It's rise in pressure just before and after orgasm. I had the same a few years ago and on BP tablets and been fine ever since.

I know the head exploding feeling and can be damned frightening.

The headaches themselves are not particularly dangerous although the pounding between the ears is scary at the time and the pain is excruciating.

There is background risk of stroke on a day to day basis which is why you should have BP checked.

Can't believe I have found someone who suffers with the same thing. I don't get it all the time but can be so painful. Feels like something in your head pops. Usually gets brought on if I am stressed and having really hard rough sex
