Looking for some local knowledge regarding decent bars for over 30's in Swansea to dress up and have a laugh, cocktails etc. Weekend evenings.

I'd probably say pop world is ok its a 80s bar just it can be very hot in there! If not try missoulas x

Haha Popworld we love it so tacky at times it's like a star wars bar lol,although we'd definitely avoid the place on the weekend. If you fancy listening to a band try vault or up stairs in the no sign bar, it's certainly more for the over 30's. Another great bar is The bucket list,If you can get into the members area upstairs it's brilliant with loads of retro things to do. It's worth buying a members card from as you get some great drink deals.

Old Havana opposite the lc2 was great on Saturday not an under 25 to be seen...some proper fitties too

Great gins and pleanty of room in hogarths . Also if you like a good cocktail try prohibition may be a bit quiet though

Hogarths is a good shout, also the No Sign Wine Bar, again a more mature clientele.

Avoid wimd street its full of shite bars. Down to mumbles you have nicer bars and people! Jones bar, Cru 42, Valance...
