As the question is being asked we'll give an honest answer.

We haven't been now for almost two years due to a few things one being dope/ being openly smoked in the smoking area.

Hopefully the club has decided to crack down on this.

This is just our thoughts/observations, this subject has been done on here before and turned into an argument, again this is just our take on it.

Ps the club has the potential to be one of the best in the country.

Again an honest answer will be given seeing as I have been there in the last 2 years although not since Christmas just gone...

There was a funky smell every now and then in the smoking area on every visit of mine last year (6 visits across 6 months) and although it could never be proven as such, some hypodermics were in the ladies' toilet on one visit (my plus one commented in disgust). Some people do appear to be on a different planet at the end of the night on occasions....

The official policy is zero tolerance to any and all drug use, but when there are only two members of staff it is impossible to police, and seeing as nobody wants to 'grass' someone up (see what I did there

) it largely passes by unnoticed.

That said, it's not bad, it isn't a hovel filled with people stoned off their faces, and generally it doesn't affect anyone negatively but it's subjective, I did see one woman leave feeling really ill from secondary inhalation.

Chams do have a no drugs policy for obvious reasons, and i like many can not stand the smell of the stuff, tbh i have only smelt it once and there was a lot if fuss about it, it is a place of enjoyment and fun but still respecting others at the same time, but some do what they want and thats when the club drops down to another level.
