I don't believe in regrets and think everything happens for a reason.

However.. if you could go back in the years, what would you choose to change?

I think I would have went to University when I was accepted at 18 rather than doing it now

I always struggle with this.

There’s a part of me that wishes I’d been older when I had my kid. But I also wouldn’t change it for the world.

I do wish I hadn’t given up on college but found being a mum, working and school too hard.

So similar to yours I guess.

It is sometimes tricky to think. As I said I wouldnt change anything as I went to work abroad instead as I wasn't ready for uni but now I do it alongside working.. Just sometimes got to think what if..

Still got another 14 (nearly 13) years to go til a reach 40 :P hopefully I’ll have much more possibly regret by then

My biggest regret (and I have a few but this is by far and away the biggest) is that I failed to have control over my alcohol intake last year. Had I not been so indulgent, I would be making marriage arrangements now.

Very good question!

I personally don't have many to be fair. I've tried to live life to the full and what I couldn't do when I was younger I plan doing now or am doing. But the one regret I do have is letting the one girl go that I should never have let go. I was 18 at the time and I just didn't look after her well enough and she moved on. I'm still in touch with her thankfully so I do get to see her. And yes she knows but shes married so we just live with. But it's my one big regret. I learn from it though.

I think we're all a bit like this although some more so than others. Reflection is very different to regret & reflection that leads to positive change can only happen with the maturity of insight, some never achieve that maturity. Just MY glib thoughts on the matter X

I saw my ex wife a few wks ago so reflect I did and was great seeing her happy as we should never have married as young n not ready etc--not a regret tho thankfully!!--I regret not 1 thing,my choices and decisions have been pretty spot on for myself so hey in years to come I may take the time to reflect but for many years now life's been pretty great

I was offered a job at a top restaurant in London, but turned it down as I couldn't trust my mother to keep a roof over my two younger sisters head
