First time arranging a party ...looking for advice

This is our first time trying to arrange something like this , we play to have a small gathering at our house , ideally 2 of each ( couples, fems and guys ) just looking for advice and tips lol

Firstly I'm not sure how many Welsh people would be willing to make the trip lol.

But other than that my advice would be to invite more because people will drop out.
