No,lol, I know this as i was a doorman/bouncer back in the day in the 80's in the pubs and clubs of Bristol, when it was dinner jackets and bow ties lol not black Tshirts and bomber jackets og today, yes u will always get the posers who r there just to look good(twats) but they r there to do a job, to keep every one safe and keep out the rubbish, at the same time u have to be able to stand your own, alone some times, so no drnks late nights and not liked by many lol xxx

I suppose it depends on the establishment. Places that are more upscale tend to have people that will have a specific dress code and will be polite, yet assertive when they must. I saw this in some trendier clubs recently in manchester.

Places that are less "refined" tend to have more of the poseurs who come across as unprofessional, though this by no means should be generalized.

Mmm could be done as some places do get so packed but then u have to be close, i once was covered in make up hair and blood i had t break up a fight between 2 weman in there mid 20's they then turned on me ripped my face to bits, nearest i ever came to hitting a woman but i did throw the bitches against a wall, never did that again lol .

I've seen too often, especially in nightclubs, ladies that like to come on to the more attractive bouncers/security people. Doesn't necessarily mean something would happen...at least certainly while the place is open. They'd probably be sacked...plus it's not good for any establishments reputation if their bouncers screw with clients during business hours...

As a doorman I can tell you I get home covered in make up and have no idea how it gets there. I get hugged randomly a few times an hour is my best guess how it gets there, also the physical aspect you get allsorts on you, got home the other night and found a number in my pocket, go figure. Could be innocent if your man shows these symptoms

Some bouncers are there just to impress the girls in pubs/clubs which makes them a liability if it kicks off.

I have seen male bouncers have girls jump all over them when pissed, also seen colleagues have to carry passed out females to our medical area to be treated, plus breaking up fights there are numerous reasons they can get covered in make up.

Obviously if it’s on his cock there wouldn’t be an easy explanation though.

As above as a bouncer/door supervisor we are there firstly to do a job prevent disorder and ensure patrons safety. That said a big part of the job is to promote a friendly atmosphere and be nice to customers this sometimes comes across as flirting and you do get lots of hugs from regulars mostly females. Not here to judge and each to their own. So when you coming to my club for a social lol

As a guy who currently works for a few security companies and one off which is a doorman job covering various clubs/pubs and bars around Manchester and it's surrounding areas I will say this..

Some door staff I have worked with do flirt quite a bit more then others or try getting numbers etc its up to them really but others are just there to do the job and go home..

Now I personally have kept a distance because at the end off the day if at any off the venues I'm working at there is an incident with staff or punters be it minor or major in the venue it's not going to look good if I'm too busy chatting away with some one and not paying attention now is it?

Truth is as well you can never be sure if you have to refuse some women entry or eject them from the premesis/contact the police for whatever reason or if their just flirting to get inside the venue?

I've had a few women flirt or squeeze my bum mind you which I'm alright with they usually just do it out off surprise but truth is what if their intoxicated or on something and can't recollect what happened? I can't say I fancy getting in trouble with the police or their angry husbands/BF's so just leave em be..

mind you if door staff want to pull some one every so often I'm not bothered so long as their still doing their job properly and ain't going overboard..

I had a door in Bton for a year n half and it’s really not as wow as people think. I’d also end up being harassed but the d*unkest less attractive ladies, and throwing out the trash when It needed to be. Gave it up as I got sick n tired of everyone else having fun lol. It doesn't get to me one bit lol they are entitled to their opinions and I should expect them as I decided to air the subject on a forum after all. I try to answer the questions honestly and I know what I'm doing is far from ideal.

Hubby is however a very hard worker, and an absolutely amazing father to 5 so I am not going to deprive them of their dad they all dote on just because I am more adventurous sexually.

Well my answer to that is why are people so nasty that they have to tear apart things, why if it was a bloke should he endure that.
