Ok come on own up....

Who's put their Christmas tree up.

I've seen one already in Neath and one of my neighbours has twinkling lights on his patio.

I mean ffs it's still October

I fucking hate it

I put mine up in December but only for the kids' sakes

If I didn't have kids I wouldn't bother at all

I'll be glad to go to work Christmas afternoon

I put holly and ivy from the woods up in Baglan. Only do Prince Albert's Germanic conifer fetish when there are children staying.

BUT so many want to go for a pint or two on Xmas day or to even go out for lunch - TOP RESPECT to all in the hospitality trades ...

(and likewise the emergency services etc etc)

Absolutely love Christmas, can't wait to get the tree up.

Not big drinkers but we do like our food and it's a good excuse to over indulge.

Plus our daughter comes back to the UK for s couple of months.

Christmas means many things to many people. Children are the most important thing on Christmas Day, so it's all about them. For me, I lock the door on Christmas Eve and open it again on Boxing Day.

Same for me because all my children are grown up I offer to do the Christmas day shift. But I do wish Christmas was kept in December, by the time we get to Christmas day were bored with it all, let's keep the excitement alive X

I (BUCK) Fekin hate crimbo and any other religious drivel .

I have managed to get away from the shit for the last 4 years but this year i have to force myself to do the happy crimbo crap for the mrs sake .she normally works crimbo which suited me to a T.

Not this year though. mrs jack daniels will help me through the 36 hours. of crimbo untill we all can jump in our cars and do more shopping.

I'm going to make a christmas tree, and it might go up as early as 7 days before the day. As a single man I have no pressure to do anything save drink good wine and eat good food...and I enjoy giving presents.
