port talbot

So I have just made myself a dish of mussels in white wine with garlic, shallots and parsley all helped along with a nice thick slice of fresh baked bread smothered in butter.

What's your favourite seafood that you like to make ?

Oh oh and I forgot to mention scallops, lightly fried in butter for 2 minutes a side hmmm.

That sounds amazing. I like medium sized prawns, pre boiled, that are fried with a combination of olive oil, garlic, parsley and piri-piri powder. A Mediterranean delicacy. Delish

Moules mariniere yes, great favourite. Scallops bacon or black sausage onion rocket and a creamy sauce.

But really I'd rather squid, again white wine sauce with orechietti and black pepper
