I know this is a sex site but in all seriousness I would like to find a recommendation for a personal trainer.

Either some one on here or someone local to Bridgend/Port Talbot area.

Don’t mind if male or female as long as they can put up with me

Not sure about a personal trainer

But wouldn't mind a training partner, swimming or running possibly cycling

I go cycling regular down the taff.. just on a mountain bike u can go for miles

Im into weights and body toning and cardio .. hate running.. thats why i use light weights. Spin classes and bit of cycling down the taff on my moubtain bike

cardiff

I pt but cardiff aswell. Sometimes travel out side. Im a road bike cycles so can pt you at that aswell as swimming and running as doing Ironman wales next you. Glad to help anyone
