Right i need to give myself some tlc

can anyone reccomend (cardiff area) a good place / person for a massage?

im talking full body leaning towards deep tissue sports massage.

i used to see someone a few years back but they have moved.

i have zero interest in "happy endings" or a limp wristed massage off some nail technician
