Why don't active filters work?

our preference is 45-65 but get messages from any age why!! anyone?

don't think you saved your settings try again cos I could message you and im way over yr age group maybe you forgot to save it love

Have these people messaged you before you put the filters on? That's one way they get passed filters. Or if a couple and they have the younger one first that's another way of getting passed filters

In message settings you need to click the button to prevent other ages from messaging you, it's a 2 step process X
