pontypool - vanilla night club?

at this rate unlikely we'll find a couple when we're down there on Wednesday week.. so wonder if any locals can suggest any decent night clubs or pubs where we can can go for a bop to a good DJ?

(for avoidance of doubt ... dont mean swinging clubs as not our thing)

You best bet would prob be Newport, when I lived in pontypool we all used to go to Newport if we wanted to go clubbing.

I'd personally pay the extra travel costs and go to Cardiff. You can get a train from Cwmbran station straight there and last back is around half 11ish....
