If using metal cock ring, make sure it not to small because the cock ring may have to be cut off if you get it wrong.

have used a rubber one and one that you can pull like a draw string ... amazing results ... i dont recommend the cheap option of an elastic band tho lol ...

Yes I have a set of three it takes getting used to. Makes your cock larger as blood cant circulate back so gets tighter as you get larger. It can get uncomfortable but God when you cum it intensifies the pleasure.
