It can be very hit and miss with the numbers of people there and what the atmosphere will be like on any given night. Go with an open mind I'd say...

On my first visit to chams in Newport is bumped into someone I knew in vanilla life. The only awkward part really was seeing each other in very little clothing lol... I have since attended parties and events with this person...

Can be hit and miss

Can't really say I've witnessed bitching and gossiping there so don't let that put you off

On the whole everyone is friendly and welcoming

Some of the people who attend aren't members of Fab so it's almost impossible to predict numbers. Sometimes a quiet night is good for finding your way about, chatting to others & getting your personality across to make links. I agree with Miss Mav you'll be popular

You sound like a nice guy and from the ladies replys nice to look at---so my opinion is keep the money you would waste and have a great night out in Cardiff lol same result better atmosphere and certainly a better choice--it's ok to go as a couple but other than that pretty same old same old--goodluck to ya bud

You get out of chams what you put in sometimes. You need to register which is costly but then to attend the fabulous nights they have.

If you go with the mind set of just seeking action you're setting yourself up to fail, there may be no action on the night, but if you present yourself well, you're friendly, chatty & approachable you might get some of that action further down the line X

You can be a guest the first night to try it out and not pay as much.

Go with the intention of just social then you won't be disappointed

This... you pay to attend the club never ever expect to play its not a right like some people think. Socialise don't follow people around and be respectful you then may get a invite.
