How come some names do not return in a username search yet they are definitely on here as they show up on a friends account...?

People use the block in a variety of ways, we block anyone we have no interest in our who we can tell from their profile is not likely to share our interests, you don't need to chat to know if there's little in common. It's a very under used facility in our view X
