I want to caterer to the females

The house is big and can hold quite a lot.

But if the lady's only want verified couples or fem or just go all out etc

Think you'd be better off getting some select friends on here to agree to go, and then build your event around that, with a definite pan. I.e I have these 4 couples attending, looking for females and further couples to join us sort of thing.

Currently it just sounds like you have a house and if some females would maybe like to go there on the 18th you wouldn't mind.

Good luck anyway, it's not going to be for us though.
