This could be fun relying on a lot of honesty:

Rules. The game is started with the first player says a simple statement starting with "Never have I ever". Anyone who at some point in their lives has done the action that the first player says owns up and then makes their own statement and so on.

Never pretended to need the toilet, but a baby sitter emergency has definitely come out of nowhere before

Never have I ever slept with more than 2 people at one (ie, 3some is the most, nothing more)
