Whats peoples views with meets at home when children are in bed?? Ive seen a few people that do this..

I have mixed emotions on this subject.. like to know other peoples views and comments..

Do you think there is any harm or is it completely a no no??

My personal view is that its a no-no. If you can't accom then make other arrangements. I know its hard at times but the children should always be first priority. Just my opinion and I'm sure some would feel different.

For me personally I would never have any one in my house while the kids were here... I just wouldn't feel comfortable and wouldn't be able to enjoy myself. Which is why we book a hotel for any possible meets... We also got invited to another couples house when her kids were in bed, which we declined as again we wouldn't feel comfortable... understand everyone has different opinions but for us it's a no no

I guess it depends on the type of meet and how much noise.

I wouldn't have a group meet whilst my teenage kids are here. But I do have a separate massage and playroom in a separate part of my house. Which I also use daytime, for massage or a one to one / couples meet (there are 4 doors separating the place, so sounds don't travel)

Totally agree.. my 2 are 3 and 8 they sleep 14 hours and dont get up.. but the thought of playing whilst thier little heads are dreaming makes me feel ill..

Plus im vocal.. so i probably would wake them.. and for them especially the 8 year old to walk down stairs to see mummy and daddy in full swing with another couple or single .. id die.

We've often been invited to meets at homes where the children are in bed & whilst we understand the difficulties getting good childcare, I brought up 6 myself, it's not something we would do & we always politely decline. Each to their own though X

Absolutely NO!. Understand people's needs overtake there morals. If we arrived at a meet and kids were there we would walk out. Simples!

Hi. I would never have any girl over when my daughter was staying. Even if she was asleep. Just not good idea at all. My daughter don't live with me though so must be harder for you

Its a no from us too.

We have spoke aboit it.

But never actually have.

If we have met the person or couple b4 hand and they wanted just a social then we have no problem with that as there will be no playing involved. Xx

We understand how hard it can be to get sitters.

But only in our free time we can play. Its hard enough just me an the mr playing alone together. Let alone any one elses with us.

Ours are. 2. 8. 8. Xxx

It's a big no no for us as well we tend to keep our private life away from the house so hotel meets are better and our neighbour are nosey lol miss k x

There is no way on earth I would entertain a lady or a couple in my home when my kids are staying here .. that's just sick...

I Had a meet awhile ago with older gentleman whose kids where home didnt tell me. In middle of night went to loo starkers ran in to his 16 year old son....awkward!

Only u can no the answer to this question there r so many different ways of looking at it i.e. Kids age lay out of your home where u live etc so we would say fuck what others think only u yourself no what's r for u and your family

You're totally right it's a decision for them to make as parents exactly like it's our right to decide we wouldn't meet with children in the house. Whilst that is our decision we would never put down a couple who do that, we're always polite in our refusal & have a level of sympathy for the difficulties getting reliable & safe childcare at a time when extended family is becoming less of a norm X

Ummmm.. guys!!!!!!! This is not us mind. If you read what i write it was a question in general. If you see i wrote it because others meet with children in home and if yoh also read again i wrote it makes me feel sick.

It was just a question to see peoples views

With all the extra pressures kids have from social media and access to all sorts of porn from the internet I think the last thing kids need is to find or hear mum and dad getting down and dirty with Ken & Deirdre down the road.
