It's a herbal remedy, make sure you get the one a day strength it's far more effective. Add in some vit C & zinc & with the hot lemon & honey to soothe the throat you'll soon be on the mend X

Its a herbal form of cold and flu relief. Ifind it brilliant it does it all except take away the bad head. So paracetamol for that. Hope it helps x

If it was Champagne sipped from fairy slippers it's be too common for you

Hot toddys!!!!!

1 very hot cup water

1 tea bag (good dark Tea, Green Tea will work too)

2 ounces whiskey (we use Jack Daniels)

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice (we use the stuff in the plastic lemon)

1 slice fresh lemon (if we don't have this we don't use it) (optional)

If it doesn't work drink enough of them and you'll get pissed and forget about your flu ...either way it works

same as me! I've had three beechams drinks and feel really sick now plus I've just slipped in my hall and hit the back of my head! It's not my day!!! Back to bed

No need to juice chop on fruit in half's the ginger just a few slices
