All Travelodge let you book early check-in (12pm) and late check-out (2pm)

Village let's you book day time 9-4, think it's about £45

Port Talbot

I've made use of the midday check in at Travel Lodges. Both around South Wales and the Midlands. From memory you have to contact the hotel directly to check they have availability. But never had an issue when I needed one.

There are also day rooms, another site is between9and5.com, I haven't yet had a chance to make use of that. But there a few hotels listed in the area.
