Fake pictures

Recently noticed a few profiles posting pictures that are blatantly not them!

Why are they doing this? What's worse is the pictures they're posting don't look like the rest of their pics so the fake ones really stand out!

So my question

Should I report these profiles?

The pics being used are of vanilla people I know and that have families som pissed off about it

I've noticed this on a particular profile recently too.

I just leave them to it, roll my eyes at the blatant fakeness (is that a word?) and move along. The people who believe it's them are just as stupid as the ones posting the pictures thinking people won't notice

report it. Move on. Loads of people on here edit pictures, making themselves look different. One girl used to have an extra finger in her pics! Lol

There's some very sad people. They won't change Hun x all you can do is report.

The pictures on this girls profile aren't her, the pictures she is using are from somebody else who I know personally

I know we all use angles and filters that's life these days but when your a size 20/22 and your using a fitness models picture it's not even close!

if thats the case report them simple or find out who they are and get your friends to sue them

If so show what you've found and they can take it further

I had my facebook profile pic taken and whoever the saddo was set up a profile with my full face pic real name and address here!!

It's not nice as my family don't know I'm here hence why most of my pics in private

I have never heard of or seen anyone that uses an app to slim them down

I just think when people take pics of themselves they use clever angles .. Maybe a filter..And same as anyone ..Only uploads the most flattering ..nobody wants to upload a pic where they think they look bad ..... As long as the profile gives a true description .... For example ..I upload flattering pics but then have a paragraph which clearly states my dress size.. That I have wobbles and that If somebody likes the slimmer woman I wouldn't be for them .....

To use an app is a bit misleading .I'm guessing you mean photo shop ..Doesn't that make things bend in the background etc ??

Aside from this its such a shame people feel the need to tear each other down .. destroy confidence .... etc it's a shitty world out there as it is .. It's a pity everyone can't just get along ....Who cares if somebody's pics are a slightly better version if themselves ... (as long as they are clear to those thy meet)

If only oeoples personalities were as beautiful as their pictures ...Would be nice to see all the ladies on here building each other up instead of destit in each other ....peace and love !

Do men edit photos? I'm not sure I could be bothered lol I changed mine to black and white but that's as far as I'd go

I'd be very unhappy if someone edited so much it wasn't a true likeness

To be fair some of us do support each other, maybe not as much as in the past but we know who the lovely, supportive ladies are & they're good friends

These pics aren't edited they are somebody else's photos and the person in the profile and have now been removed

We spot them pop up near us a few times a week. Check the pics with tineye to make sure they're lifted from other sites (not just shared by the legit user on other sites) and then report to admin. We do this every time and they're usually gone within a day. If you message the fake then you risk them targeting you when they next appear.

That's how I've always dealt with it & you're right the profile usually disappears quickly. I've spotted loads while I've been laid up x
