The tidy ones where exposed and are regularly patrolled by the police now...seams to have gone underground again.... sites in Jersey marine & penllergaer and cottage garden used to take place in the dunes by singelton

There not patrolled by police at all they are cameras and covered by by laws so now illegal dogging itself is not illegal the exposure in public is if your fucking in your car under a blanket the police can't do a thing they have to have a member of public complain to them before they take action what happened in Swansea was the out side sexual activity i.e. Men wanking around cars exposed to public at pentlegar it got beyond people in nearby houses and kids were exposed to sexual acts forcing the council to take action thus the by laws if your seen on camera you will be prosecuted by the council not the police and the fines are enormous and very public
