They are ok, but I personally find they move around too much and don't focus on the sweet spot enough.

Try changing position to trap it. Start in normal missionary position, then have the lady move her legs into the centre, one at a time, so that the male's legs are on the outside of hers whilst still penetrating her. May do the trick!
